About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Day Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Nightingales. As a Day Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support individuals to develop their independence and life skills
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of individuals

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
  • Experience of working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
