Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business externally and secure new business opportunities.
  • Support the Land and Planning team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including site-specific brochures and templates for external documents.
  • Manage and maintain our website, including news pages and social media platforms.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activity and identify opportunities for us.
  • Manage the marketing budget and provide regular reporting on activity and costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a strong understanding of the planning system and housing market.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Experience in using graphics packages and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK driving licence.
