About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprenticeships Coordinator to join our Emerging Talent & Careers team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our direct-entry apprentices to develop and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portal Management: Maintain and analyze our Emerging Talent & Careers portal, creating regular reports to ensure the effectiveness of our programs.
  • Apprenticeship Opportunities: Work with various departments to identify apprenticeship opportunities and procure new providers where required, ensuring that our programs meet business needs.
  • Learner Support: Review learner evaluation forms to ensure that providers are delivering high-quality programs and that our learners are receiving the support they need.
  • Progress Monitoring: Review learner progress reports and hold quarterly reviews with colleagues to ensure that support is being effectively utilized.
  • Coordination and Administration: Coordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity, internal/external meetings, and business development opportunities.
  • Learning and Development: Create learning and development materials, including lunch and learns, and deliver awareness sessions to support the growth and development of our team.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Liaise with training providers and key partners to ensure that our colleagues and learners receive a high-quality service and development.
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship Knowledge: Have a good understanding of apprenticeships and how they work.
  • Project Management: Have experience in planning and coordinating programs and projects.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Enjoy a flexible and varied workload and be flexible to support events where required.
  • Technical Skills: Have strong IT, administrative, organizational, task management, and time management skills.
