Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data, purchasing patterns, and sales figures to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Transform complex data into clear, concise reports and visually compelling dashboards that effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources, uncovering valuable trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Commercial, and Marketing, to align customer insights with business objectives and drive data-informed strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest analytical tools and methodologies to continuously enhance the quality and impact of your insights.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer data analysis, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
