Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a new team member to assist in our ongoing evaluation and learning initiatives.

This position will involve collaborating with our Research, Evaluation, and Learning Lead to enhance our organizational learning and refine our offerings in 1-1, community, and volunteer development activities.

Work Schedule
This is a part-time position (16 hours per week) with flexible scheduling options available for the successful candidate.

While remote work is permitted, we recommend some initial in-office time to facilitate onboarding and familiarize yourself with our operations.

Role Responsibilities

The Learning & Evaluation Support Specialist will provide vital assistance to our current Research, Evaluation, and Learning Lead across various contracts and projects, including collaborations with the NHS and Camden Council.

The role will contribute additional resources for learning and evaluation at Likewise, with duties that may include:

  • Assisting in the regular evaluation of service-level data and disseminating findings to the broader team, as well as contributing to quarterly reports and funder communications.
  • Ensuring the availability of high-quality and accurate data for internal and partner use.
  • Collaborating with partners to develop person-centered outcome and learning frameworks.
  • Capturing community voices, including those from the wider Camden area.
  • Supporting continuous learning and feedback mechanisms.
  • Facilitating workshops.
  • Researching best practices to inform our ongoing efforts.
Candidate Profile

While experience is beneficial, a willingness to learn is crucial for this role, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

  • Can analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Has a solid understanding of Excel.
  • Possesses a keen eye for systems and processes.

Contract Details

This is a fixed-term position with a potential extension, subject to funding availability.
