Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess comprehensive expertise in Sage People HRIS for system configuration and reporting.
  • Utilize Power BI or similar data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and experiences, contributing to enhancements in policies, processes, and practices.
  • Manage the administration and execution of the HRIS, which includes user access security, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and implementing solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Work in partnership with team members to analyze data, trends, and management information, offering insights to inform workforce planning and initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of a robust suite of regular reports and KPIs to ensure accurate management reporting, reducing manual tasks, and addressing ad hoc reporting needs efficiently.
