About the Role:
Sanderson Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join a well-established company within the Water Industry. As a key member of the Transformation Programme, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an enterprise data architecture that aligns with business outcomes, functions, roles, applications, networks, and data sources.
- Organize and lead stakeholder workshops to facilitate alignment across business functions and ensure a cohesive enterprise architecture.
- Highlight interim target states as part of architecture evolution and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in capital delivery, engineering, and construction, preferably in the Water Industry.
- Ability to create a technical enterprise architecture aligned with architectural best practices (TOGAF, DODAF, etc.).
- Experience working in a bi-modal IT environment (ITIL and agile frameworks).
- Experience with waterfall and systems V projects, as well as engaging varied stakeholders to create an overarching enterprise architecture.
- Good communication skills and ability to run stakeholder workshops.
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of two stages: a technically focused questioning and experience review, followed by a soft skills, culture, and environment conversation.
