Job Title: Data Architect

At Sanderson, we're seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team and contribute to the success of our Water Industry client's Transformation Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an enterprise data architecture that aligns with architectural best practices (TOGAF, DODAF, etc.)
  • Organize and run stakeholder workshops to facilitate alignment across business functions
  • Highlight interim target states as part of architecture evolution

Requirements:

  • Experience in capital delivery, engineering, and construction
  • Ability to create technical enterprise architecture
  • Experience in bi-modal IT environments (ITIL and agile frameworks)
  • Experience with waterfall and systems V projects
  • Good communication skills and ability to run stakeholder workshops

Interview Process:

  • Two-stage interview process online
  • First stage: technically focused questioning and experience review
  • Second stage: soft skills, culture, and environment conversation

Location: Essex/Durham (willingness to travel to Durham office required)

Rate: £650 - £700 Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months initial (scope for 18 months work)
