Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our team at Sanderson, a well-known company in the Water Industry. The successful candidate will provide support to one of our Transformation Programme's currently ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an enterprise data architecture incorporating a view of outcomes, business functions, roles, applications, networks, and data sources.
  • Organize and run stakeholder workshops to facilitate alignment across business functions.
  • Highlight any interim target states as part of architecture evolution.
Requirements:
  • Experience in capital delivery / engineering / construction would be preferable.
  • Ability to create a technical enterprise architecture aligned to architectural best practice (TOGAF, DODAF, etc).
  • Experience in working within a bi-modal IT environment (ITIL and agile frameworks).
  • Experience of waterfall / systems V projects essential.
  • Experience of engaging varied stakeholders to create an overarching enterprise architecture leveraging existing systems landscape, requirements, and other artefacts.
  • Good communication skills, comfortable running stakeholder workshops.
Interview Process:

A 2-stage interview process will be conducted online.

  • 1st stage - Technically focused questioning and experience review.
  • 2nd stage - soft skills, culture, and environment conversation.
