Your Responsibilities:

As the Lead Infrastructure Cost Manager, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of infrastructure projects valued at £15 million across the Northwest region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Cost Value Reports (CVRs)
  • Overseeing cost management processes
  • Handling subcontractor agreements
  • Implementing change management strategies
  • Conducting monthly valuations
  • Preparing comprehensive commercial reports
  • Leading a small team of commercial professionals
