About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Adderley Green, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapeutic sessions to help individuals develop and improve their speech and communication skills.
  • Build one-to-one rapport with service users, encouraging engagement and empowering recovery.
  • Manage a designated caseload, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans.
  • Collaborate with a regional network of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Undertake audits and contribute to research in the provision of treatments.
Requirements
  • UK HCPC registration
  • Experience of managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia
  • Experience of working with families
  • Evidence of continuing Professional Development
