We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our charity, The Loddon Foundation. As CEO, you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of a multi-disciplinary team.

Job Summary

The Loddon Foundation is a dedicated and compassionate organisation that provides 52-week care and education provision for children with severe autism and complex learning difficulties. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the charity
  • Oversee a multi-disciplinary team and ensure the children's safety, wellbeing, and needs are met to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the Board of Trustees and Charity Leadership Team to ensure the charity's vision and mission are achieved
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the charity's services and outcomes
  • Manage the charity's finances and resources effectively
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the education, healthcare, or not-for-profit sectors. You will need to have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in special needs education and care, as well as excellent financial acumen and organisational management skills.
