You will also receive up to £7,200 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary) and a further £3,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary). As a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge, you will be responsible for managing a team of property managers, leading daily meetings with the Property Management team, coaching the team to achieve KSIs, monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings), ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies. You will also be responsible for property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals, coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties, deposit returns, resolving rental arrears, processing eviction requests, ensuring all properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards, building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, managing complaints, and completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle, a minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings, create and encourage a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment, develop your team to advance their careers, communicate effectively, create and maintain strong relationships with all clients, have strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation, and provide outstanding customer service.
