Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team.
  • Risk Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage the yearly statutory accounts and external audit.
  • Drove process improvement and profitability across the business.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Fully qualified with significant experience post-qualified at senior level.
  • Proven track record as a Finance Director or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff development.
