Job Title: Technical Demolition Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Demolition Project Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our demolition team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial, industrial, and inner city demolition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reporting directly to the Managing Director on a daily basis.
  2. Overseeing the execution of demolition projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  3. Managing site staff, including labor, plant, and resources allocation.
  4. Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards.
  5. Managing client expectations and requirements, including meetings and site visits.
  6. Planning and implementing works processes, including the production of SSoW (RAMS, etc.).
Requirements:
  1. Civil/structural/mechanical engineering/project management degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in a demolition environment.
  3. Experience of managing large-scale, technical demolition projects.
  4. Experience in Project Planning, Cost Management, Quality Management, Safety Management.
  5. Extensive experience of demolition Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  6. Current SMSTS qualification.
  7. Relevant demolition qualifications (e.g., CCDO Black Card).

This is a geographical-based position covering the midlands and expanding nationally. Living in and around Birmingham is preferable. We offer an excellent remuneration package tailored to each individual and job role.
