Job Title: Technical Demolition Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Demolition Project Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our demolition team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial, industrial, and inner city demolition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director on a daily basis.
  • Overseeing the execution of demolition projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Managing site staff, including labor, plant, and resources allocation.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards.
  • Managing client expectations and requirements, including project planning, cost management, quality management, and safety management.
Requirements:
  • Civil/structural/mechanical engineering/project management degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in a demolition environment.
  • Experience of managing large-scale, technical demolition projects.
  • Current SMSTS qualification and relevant demolition qualifications.

This is a geographical-based position covering the midlands and expanding nationally. We offer an excellent remuneration package to suit each individual and job role.
