Job Title: Demolition Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Demolition Project Manager to join our team at Empower Digital. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex demolition projects, overseeing the execution of commercial/industrial/inner city/general demolition projects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director on a daily basis
  • Responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial/industrial/inner city/general demolition projects
  • Be the primary point of contact from pre-start meetings with clients to completion and final site sign off
  • Onsite management responsibilities for demolition projects of varying sizes
  • Responsibility to plan works, identify and implement works processes
  • Responsible for the production of SSoW i.e RAMS etc.
  • Management of all site staff
  • Responsible for project completion with full time and budget understanding along with programmes
  • Management of client expectations and requirements meetings etc.
  • Liaise with site managers to ensure labour, plant, and resources are allocated efficiently
  • Ensure all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Civil/structural/mechanical engineering/project management experience
  • Proven track record of managing complex demolition projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
