Key Responsibilities:
As the Registered Manager, your role will encompass:
1. Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the children's home.
2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care.
3. Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each child.
4. Supporting and mentoring staff to provide high-quality care and support.
5. Engaging with families and external agencies to promote the well-being of the children.

Locks Heath
Compensation:
Competitive salary up to £49,000 per annum
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant qualifications in social care or management.
- Experience in managing a children's home or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
