About the Role

The Centre for Educational Leadership is seeking a creative and motivated Programme Leader to join our team. As a Programme Leader, you will be responsible for leading programmes and people with a successful track record in leadership, equity, and diversity.

You will have strategic responsibility for specific areas across the Early Teacher Development programme, including programme management systems and processes. This may involve elements of programme design, delivery, quality assurance, and supporting regional Teaching School Hubs.

The successful candidate will also work flexibly across CEL's portfolio of leadership and consultancy programmes to support and promote a coherent offer to educational leaders.

This role may involve working with regional partners and some national travel.

About You

You will have a successful career as a school leader with a demonstrable knowledge of current teacher and leadership development models and leadership policy and practices.
