Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full-time Lead Performance Marketing Specialist.

At COAT, we pride ourselves on our expertise in paint and interior design. Our founders and team possess extensive knowledge in decorating and brand growth marketing.

We are in search of a Lead Performance Marketing Specialist who is eager to learn and contribute to our ambitious growth strategy for COAT paints. In this role, you will oversee and execute paid marketing initiatives across various platforms, including Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Growth and collaborating closely with the founders.
  • Designing and executing media campaigns across all paid search and social media platforms.
  • Analyzing, reporting, and providing actionable insights on campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to brief content and share insights to enhance creative effectiveness across channels.
  • Managing budgets effectively to align with business objectives.
  • Adopting a proactive approach to advance the channels with a test-and-learn mindset.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and executing paid marketing campaigns across a diverse range of channels, particularly Meta and Google. Familiarity with YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok is advantageous.
  • Proficient in data analysis (Excel, Sheets, Looker, etc.) and capable of effectively communicating insights.
  • Understanding the critical role of creative messaging in driving performance across paid channels.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple channels concurrently.
  • Knowledge of broader marketing strategies, including SEO and CRM, and their impact on daily operations.
  • A solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in managing communications with senior leadership.
  • A strong desire to learn, challenge the status quo, and grow with the support of COAT.
