Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day running of projects, maintaining best commercial practices, and maximizing financial and profitability.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Collating information for monthly reporting
* Dealing with pricing variations
* Managing project changes and variations
* Maintaining accurate records of work on site
* Effective commercial management of onsite activities and change management process
* Supporting supply chain partners assessment and payment
* Preparing subcontractor appointment and proposal documents
* Producing subcontractor instruction/variation reports
* Preparing final accounts with subcontractors
* Assisting project teams with financial implications of site progress decisions
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Quantity Surveying (or currently undertaking a qualification for trainee positions) and experience working on industrial/logistics projects would be advantageous.
You will be a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also have good organizational skills, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and the ability to work on your own initiative.
