About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to join our team at Workman LLP. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in assisting our experienced team in delivering a wide range of building surveying services to our clients.

Our clients include leading institutional and sector-specialist investors, private property companies, public sector bodies, and overseas investors. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of all-round building surveying services, including professional works, contract administration, and project management.

As a Building Surveyor at Workman LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial properties, including offices, retail, and industrial. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of schedules of dilapidation, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall awards, defect diagnosis, and planned preventative maintenance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of all-round building surveying services to clients
  • Prepare schedules of dilapidation, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall awards, defect diagnosis, and planned preventative maintenance reports
  • Assist in the administration of contracts and projects
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Participate in the APC training program and dedicated apprentice and graduate groups
