About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Functional Assessor to join our team at Gaia Recruitment. As a Functional Assessment Professional, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the functional capacity of customers and providing written reports to support their claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate up to four to five customers per day, taking clinical observations and questioning to create a comprehensive written report.
  • Collaborate with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clinical areas, including mental health and musculoskeletal issues, through industry-leading training and ongoing professional development.
