Physical Therapy Center Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapy Center Director to join our team at Concentra. As a leader in the occupational medicine industry, we are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients and communities.

About the Role

The Physical Therapy Center Director will be responsible for providing direct patient care, managing key clinical metrics, and holding therapists accountable for delivering exceptional patient experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of PT guidelines, clinical systems, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and ensure exceptional patient experience
  • Manage key clinical metrics and hold therapists accountable
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PT guidelines and address outlier cases
  • Foster teamwork and quality in a collaborative environment
  • Build relationships with employers, referrals, and payers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
  • State licensure requirements
  • 3 years of clinical experience without occupational health background OR 2 years with occupational health background
