Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Clitheroe Castle Museum. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our staff, visitors, and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the museum is maintained in a clean and efficient state, with a focus on visitor experience.
  • Support all museum operations and activities, including events and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain museum facilities, including the castle and surrounding grounds.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve visitor engagement and experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
