A Day in the Life

Your Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie, you will report directly to the Executive Head Chef and your daily tasks will include:

Ensuring all culinary items are prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

Receiving and inspecting goods to ensure quality and standards are met, and promptly reporting any discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for the culinary arts.

  • Knowledge of and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple kitchen sections while maintaining safety standards
