Internal Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, meetings, and emails.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Admin and Sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of outstanding service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience with a demonstrable track record.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage own workload.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on building quality accounts.
- Strong attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- Ongoing training on products from our internal team and suppliers.
- An opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
- OTE between £30,000 - £58,000 per annum (pro rata).
