NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic team. As Associate Director, Business Support, you will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director to lead and oversee the Finance, PMO & Business Support, Analytics, Communications & Engagement, Workforce, Inequalities, and Innovation functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Managing Director in leading and overseeing dynamic teams to deliver an efficient and effective service.
  • Manage the provision of strategic, financial, transformational, and operational management support, strategic quality improvement, leadership, assurance, and advisory services.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across the health and social care system, NHS England directorates, national organisations, government departments, and academic institutions to deliver significant programmes of work.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Further specialist training or qualifications equivalent to PhD level.
  • Highly complex analytical and judgement skills.
  • Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for service improvement.
  • Responsibility for policy development and implementation.
  • Hold budgets for services, departments, and major areas of activity.
  • Undertake surveys pertaining to own area of work.
