About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our dynamic team at NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will support the Managing Director in leading and overseeing the Finance, PMO & Business Support, Analytics, Communications & Engagement, Workforce, Inequalities, and Innovation functions to deliver an efficient and effective Cancer Programme.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Managing Director in leading and overseeing dynamic teams to deliver an efficient and effective service.
  • Manage the provision of strategic, financial, transformational, and operational management support, strategic quality improvement, leadership, assurance, and advisory services.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across the health and social care system, NHS England directorates, national organisations, government departments, and academic institutions to deliver significant programmes of work.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Further specialist training or qualifications equivalent to PhD level.
  • Highly complex analytical and judgement skills.
  • Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for service improvement.
  • Responsibility for policy development and implementation.
  • Hold budgets for services, departments, and major areas of activity.
