Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive Team Leader to lead our team of Account Executives and Development Executives in implementing regional sales and retention strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating, guiding, and coaching the team to drive growth through improved retention, cross-sales, or new client sales, and contribute to Branch and Regional P&L targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team to deliver the best customer outcomes, meeting all Consumer Duty requirements, while working collaboratively with the Branch Director to achieve financial targets.
- Implement plans to ensure every colleague meets risk and quality assurance requirements, highlighting trends to enable actions and mitigations to be put into place.
- Work with the Branch Director to highlight potential barriers to retention or new sales and promote opportunities for business growth, sharing good practice and ideas.
- Proven track record of managing teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
- Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically placement and insurer relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering both top and bottom-line performance and growth, organically and inorganically.
- People management skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and guiding others.
