Role Summary:
This pivotal role focuses on supporting our sales initiatives and enhancing client interactions. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team to expand our reach within the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales department, finance team, and clients to facilitate new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals for services, training, and licensing agreements.
  • Manage contract negotiations and agreements with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the legal department to ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation.
  • Support the sales team during the negotiation phase to secure favorable terms.
  • Oversee procurement processes and the preparation of necessary legal documents.
  • Maintain and update client information within our CRM system.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to senior management and the sales team, including travel arrangements and event coordination.
