We are working closely with a nationally established and professional Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company who are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Engineer to join their team. You will have extensive experience and knowledge of carrying out various water treatment duties such as: Cooling Tower Cleans and Disinfections, Servicing CLO2 units and carrying out Sampling and Analysing LTHW and CHW systems. Our client can offer a competitive salary, company vehicle, company pension scheme, tailored training & career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working on a portfolio of Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Manufacturing and Public Sector sites.
  2. Cooling tower cleans and disinfections.
  3. Servicing of CLO2 units.
  4. Sampling and analysing LTHW and CHW systems.
  5. CWST cleans and disinfections.
  6. Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
  7. Closed system sampling, analysis and dosing.
  8. Carrying out TMV inspections, servicing, and replacement alongside failsafe testing.
  9. Flushing of little used outlets.
  10. Ensuring work carried out adheres to HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
  11. Completing onsite logbooks upon completion of work.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
  2. Good IT skills.
  3. Able to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels.
  4. Organising workload in line with company and client needs.
