Business Support Administrator

Gap Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing and coordinating business operations, including data inputting and reporting
  • Ordering supplies and managing stock levels
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification, such as GCSE Maths/English or equivalent
  • Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
