Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the needs of children with disabilities
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Provide support and guidance to families to help them navigate the social care system

Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with experience of working with children with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
