Mirror Marketing is a dynamic and engaging Field Marketing agency.

We pride ourselves on being a small, privately owned entity with a 'family' atmosphere, focusing on excellence rather than size. Our mission is to enhance product visibility in retail environments, which involves our team in merchandising, distributing, auditing, selling, or sampling various brands and their offerings.

We ensure that products are accessible to consumers for purchase.

It is important to note that this is a field-based position; therefore, candidates must possess a full valid driving license held for a minimum of 24 months with no more than 6 penalty points to be eligible.

A company vehicle will be provided for travel purposes.
Key Responsibilities:

The main objective of this role is to assist in sales initiatives for our clients, promoting specific products and offers in convenience stores, while also placing point-of-sale materials and managing stock merchandising.

Responsibilities may also include educating retailers about a brand or product, along with other merchandising or auditing duties.
This role encompasses selling and merchandising alcoholic beverages.

The Sales Field Agent position is not limited to a single Brand/Client and will support various activities across the organization.

A company vehicle and mobile device will be provided to facilitate your work.

The primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting visits to stores within a designated territory to perform sales, merchandising, and auditing tasks on behalf of Mirror Marketing clients in a professional manner.
  • Visiting wholesale depots to procure stock.
  • Accurately documenting transactions for retailer purchases in-store.
  • Reconciling stock and any cash float that may be allocated periodically.
  • Providing feedback to the relevant Account Manager regarding any challenges encountered during visits and suggestions for resolution.
  • Assisting in other areas to cover for colleagues when necessary - this may involve travel throughout the UK and occasionally staying overnight.
  • Planning journeys to optimize travel efficiency during visits.
  • Accurately entering data and photographs into a web-based reporting system following each visit.
  • Supporting other teams within the organization by coaching and training staff at Mirror Marketing.
  • Performing additional tasks as required, such as assisting in the warehouse to prepare packs for the field team or maintaining storage units.
  • The role is diverse, and adjustments to schedules and plans are common.

Candidate Profile:

  • Valid Driving License - Held for a minimum of 24 months with no more than 6 penalty points (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in Field Sales is not essential, but a background in retail is advantageous. (Though not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to written instructions.
  • Good numerical skills - Ideally GCSE Maths C or equivalent.
  • Outgoing personality with a willingness to engage with people.
  • Enjoys driving, as this may occupy a significant portion of your day.
  • Adaptable, as plans may change frequently.
  • Basic IT literacy is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Capable of representing our clients in a professional manner.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
