Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Person to join our team. As a Store Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is processed accurately, stored securely, and picked efficiently. You will work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing inventory, including quality control checks
  • Managing inventory levels and locations to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Picking and packing orders for delivery to customers
  • Resolving queries and issues related to inventory shortages and discrepancies
  • Coordinating with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our ERP system
  • Collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or inventory management environment
  • Strong understanding of inventory control processes and systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Knowledge of the hardware or ironmongery industry
