Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Temp Recruitment Consultant to join our City team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing business development strategies to expand your temp client base and grow out your markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement business development strategies to expand temp client base and grow out markets
- Build up a temp pipeline of suitable candidates using strong resourcing skills
- Work with high-calibre candidates across Business Support roles at all levels
- Collaborate with a successful team offering training, guidance, and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Temp 360 recruitment consultancy experience, preferably in Business Support but open to cross-training from similar markets
- Ability to source and create a temp network of candidates for the business
- Passionate about recruitment with a focused mindset and drive to be successful
