We offer a range of HR, staffing, and recruitment solutions to property managers, including short notice temps, highly skilled perms, and our outsourcing solution, Dual Management.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our temps team. This is a high-volume recruitment role, requiring someone with experience in placing property professionals into high-end residential buildings across London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in placing candidates into similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
  • Taking bookings, jobs matching to find the right candidate, putting booking on system and sending out confirmations
  • Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels, including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs, and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
  • Networking and client entertainment
