About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Temporaries desk at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates into temporary bookings, providing excellent customer service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and placing candidates into temporary bookings
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
  • Multitasking and managing multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Working collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar recruitment role, resourcing candidates and placing them into temporary bookings
  • Relevant industry experience is a bonus, but we're open to applications from candidates with high volume temps recruitment backgrounds
Working Hours and Salary

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (flexible). Salary: basic salary £25-35k dependant on experience + commission and team bonuses OTE year 1 £45-55k
