Job Summary:

Scantec Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales office function and managing sales orders for both UK trade and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth delivery of products and monitor UK wholesaler & direct to trade payments.
  • Support the sales office to function more effectively by providing a dedicated administrative resource.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Enter orders onto the NAV / CRM system.
  • Focus on supporting the UK wholesale and trade customer base.
  • Provide national accounts administrative support, including presentations and day-to-day activities.
  • Engage in telesales, including upselling, and cold calling new potential business.

Requirements:

You will be a highly motivated and organized Sales and Customer Service Executive with telesales experience within a manufacturing environment. You will need to possess good IT skills, including Office 365, Power Point, and NAV. Additionally, you will be a good communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and a self-starter with problem-solving skills.
