Job Title: Clinic Manager

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to fill the role of Clinic Manager. This is a part-time job share opportunity, working with the existing clinic manager, with flexible hours between 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational and clinical management of the clinic(s), ensuring high care and quality outcomes. This includes ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits. The candidate will also be responsible for instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels, effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control, supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development, and developing and maintaining excellent relationships with referring Client Organisation/s and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Haemodialysis, including 2 years at a Senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
