About the role

As a Support Worker at Home Group Limited, you'll be part of a team that truly cares and empowers you to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You'll be supporting individuals who have complex needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.


What you'll do
  • Provide person-centred support to customers, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure customers receive a seamless service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Support customers with their daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Help customers to access community resources and services, promoting their independence and well-being.
