Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of our port infrastructure.
- Oversee the engineering budget and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that engineering activities are aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Ensure that all engineering activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Degree in an engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of asset management principles and practices.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as 6 sigma.
