About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our specialist team at the Elite Touch Group as a Court of Protection Paralegal. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with an interest in human rights to secure justice for vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist fee earners within the department with all aspects of case preparation, including drafting Legal Aid applications, court orders, and witness statements.
  • Conduct legal research, process evidence, and prepare, collate, and order documentation.
  • Attend on clients, attend case conferences, and court hearings.
  • Deal with new enquires and attend ongoing training to keep up to date with relevant legal developments.
  • Prepare court bundles and perform other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous paralegal experience is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Successful completion of BVC/LPC/SQE is not necessary, but would be an advantage.

What We Offer:
