Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect.
- Lead a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Source and procure the finest, locally sourced ingredients to meet the demands of our menu.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal availability and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-end restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Scottish cuisine and the ability to create innovative, seasonal dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
