About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our esteemed kitchen team at Loch Fyne Oyster Bar, Restaurant & Deli. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes from our menu, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and ingredients, including local and sustainably sourced produce.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, contributing to the creation of new and innovative dishes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong background in working with fish and seafood, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Good food hygiene standards and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • HNC level qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
