Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customer orders across all fresh food areas, including making sandwiches and rolls, and slicing meats using our store's portion control measures.
  • Cook, prepare, and display the foods sold throughout the day, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the counter displays across all fresh food departments are visually appealing and meet our brand standards.
  • Share knowledge, recipes, and personal recommendations with customers to demonstrate our passion for quality food.
  • Deal with customer queries efficiently, professionally, and in line with our store policy.
Requirements:
  • HACCP training is desirable but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience are an advantage.
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, multitasking under pressure, and a passion for food are essential.
