We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager to become part of our dedicated team at Vertu Motors Volvo Yeovil.
This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Sales Executive seeking advancement or an established Sales Operations Manager looking for a fresh challenge within one of the UK's premier Motor Retailers.

The basic salary for this role is £30,000, with an OTE of £50,000 plus additional company perks.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales team effectively. You will be tasked with constructing and presenting offers to customers after thorough qualification by the sales team. A solid understanding of financial and insurance product regulations is crucial to ensure that accurate information is communicated.
This position requires you to establish rapport with customers swiftly and to treat them fairly. You will be expected to monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and to identify and rectify any discrepancies. Collaborating with management, you will coach and enhance the skills of the team to meet business objectives, while documenting all activities to assess performance and outcomes.
It is vital that the successful candidate demonstrates the ability to thrive under pressure, excels in relationship building, possesses strong negotiation skills, and exhibits excellent communication abilities. A full and valid UK Driving Licence is also a requirement.
