About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a DC Outbound Planner. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of stock from our Distribution Centre to our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize outbound ordering, prioritization, and capacity utilization to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and 3PL partners, to ensure seamless execution of outbound operations.
  • Manage key relationships with internal stakeholders, including Store Managers and 3PL partners, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of operational issues.
  • Develop and maintain complex reporting to identify, explain, and predict future opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain a database of store information, including formats, capacities, and key operational information, to enable effective support of stores.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on outbound logistics and stock flow management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial, sales, and commercial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in creating complex reports and dashboards.
