Requirements

  • Experience in software engineering with a strong level of mobile development.
  • Experience of leadership and coaching.
  • Excited about building beautiful products and bringing extra layers of shine and polish.
  • Rigorous in the way you test features and committed to driving technical direction within a team.
  • Supporting, mentoring and developing high-performing engineers through regular 1:1s, continuous feedback and relationships with team leads.
  • A track record or interest in technical leadership, understanding what it takes to build a culture of learning, which is both inclusive and motivating.
  • A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
